Please read carefully
Medical disclaimer
Bloom Ayurveda Co. provides Ayurvedic education and consultation. This page explains, plainly, what that does and does not include.

In an emergency, do not use this website.
Call 112 or go to your nearest hospital immediately if you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting or loss of consciousness, sudden or rapidly worsening severe pain, heavy or uncontrolled bleeding, confusion, weakness on one side of the body, difficulty speaking, or thoughts of harming yourself. If you are having thoughts of self-harm, India’s Tele-MANAS helpline is 14416, free and available 24 hours.
1. General information only
Everything published on this website — including articles, the Bloom Rhythm Score, and any general guidance — is provided for educational purposes. It is general in nature, is not tailored to any individual, and must not be treated as personalised medical advice.
You should not act on, or refrain from acting on, anything you read here without appropriate professional advice about your own circumstances.
2. No diagnosis and no cure claims
Bloom Ayurveda does not diagnose disease and does not claim to cure, treat, prevent or reverse any disease or medical condition. No statement on this website should be read as such a claim.
Ayurvedic assessment describes constitution and functional patterns; it is not the same as a medical diagnosis and does not substitute for clinical examination, laboratory testing or imaging.
3. The Bloom Rhythm Score
The Rhythm Score is a short educational self-reflection based only on the answers you select. It is not a medical test, a screening tool, or an assessment of any kind of illness.
- It cannot detect, exclude or measure any disease.
- A high score does not mean you are healthy, and a low score does not mean you are unwell.
- It must never be used to delay, replace or override medical care.
Your answers are processed in your own web browser. They are not transmitted to us unless you separately choose to send them — for example, by messaging us on WhatsApp.
4. Consultations
A Bloom consultation is a private Ayurvedic consultation with Dr. Vaishali Singh, B.A.M.S., conducted remotely by video or audio call. It provides Ayurvedic assessment, lifestyle and dietary guidance, and a written plan.
A remote consultation has real limitations. Dr. Vaishali cannot physically examine you, and must rely on what you report. If your situation requires physical examination, investigation, or specialist or emergency care, she will tell you so and recommend that you seek it. Consultations are conducted in a manner consistent with applicable AYUSH telemedicine guidance.
5. Do not stop or change prescribed treatment
Nothing provided by Bloom Ayurveda is a reason to stop, reduce, delay or alter any medicine, treatment or advice given to you by your treating doctor. Never discontinue prescribed medication on the basis of Ayurvedic guidance. If you wish to change any prescribed treatment, discuss it with the doctor who prescribed it.
Some herbs and dietary changes can interact with prescription medicines. Always tell Dr. Vaishali about every medicine and supplement you take, and tell your treating doctor about any Ayurvedic guidance you intend to follow.
6. Situations needing extra care
Please tell us before or during a consultation if any of the following apply to you. General routine guidance is not automatically appropriate in these situations, and some suggestions may need to be adjusted or avoided entirely.
- You are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
- You are being treated for a diagnosed medical condition, or take regular medication.
- You have a known allergy, or have reacted badly to a herb or supplement before.
- You have a bleeding disorder, or are scheduled for surgery.
- You have a history of an eating disorder, or of mental health difficulty.
- The guidance is intended for a child, or for an elderly or frail person.
7. Symptoms that need a doctor, not a routine
Please seek medical assessment rather than relying on routine guidance if you have any of the following:
- Weight loss you cannot explain.
- Fever lasting more than a week.
- Persistent vomiting, or difficulty swallowing.
- Blood in stool, urine, or vomit.
- Heavy, irregular, or post-menopausal bleeding.
- A lump anywhere, or a change in an existing one.
- Any symptom that is severe, unusual for you, or steadily getting worse.
8. Individual variation
Ayurveda is individualised by nature. Guidance that suits one person may not suit another, and outcomes differ from person to person depending on constitution, circumstances, consistency and many factors outside anyone’s control. No particular result is promised or guaranteed.
9. External links
This website may link to other websites and services, including WhatsApp and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy handling.
10. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Ayurveda Co. and Dr. Vaishali Singh accept no liability for any loss or harm arising from reliance on general information published on this website. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Your agreement
By using this website, taking the Rhythm Score, or booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website or our services.
